Box-Office Report: Shubh Mangal Saavdhan Doubles Collection On Day 2, Makes Rs 5.56 Crore
Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Shubh Mangal Saavdhan has doubled its earnings on Day 2. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 8.27 crore
Shubh Mangal Saavdhan made Rs 2.71 crore at the ticket window on Friday but Day 2 has proven to be a game changer for the film. The Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar starrer has doubled its moolah as it earned Rs 5.56 crore on Day 2. The film's overall collection now stands at Rs 8.27 crore.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, took to Twitter to announce the box-office collections for Day 2. He wrote: “#ShubhMangalSaavdhan has EXCELLENT Sat... Biz doubles actually... Fri 2.71 cr, Sat 5.56 cr. Total: ₹ 8.27 cr. India biz. (sic).”

Shubh Mangal Saavdhan is the story of Mudit Sharma, (Ayushmann Khurrana) who gets engaged to Sugandha (Bhumi Pednekar). It is going to be a big Indian wedding and the extended families of both are looking forward to it. However the celebration grinds to a halt when Mudit realises that he suffers from erectile dysfunction and then begins the journey to solve this unspeakable problem to save Mudit and Sugandha's love story.
